Department Summary <br />The following pages consist of annual statistics, activities, crime reports, investigations, use of resources, <br />and other initiatives during the year starting January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020. <br />DEPARTMENT AUTHORIZED STRENGTH <br />Twenty full time police officers. Four of these officers are employed due to revenues received from our <br />contract city of Lauderdale. <br />• 7 volunteer reserve officers (authorized for 14) <br />• 1 full time community service officer <br />• 2 full time civilian support staff <br />Police Detective Tim Briski announced his intention to retire from the police department June 1st, 2021, <br />with thirty three years with the department as a sworn officer. Officer Braden McNair began <br />employment as a full time police officer with this agency. Officer Michael Milbrandt deployed, with his <br />MN National Guard Unit, for a one year overseas mission. In June 2020, Elizabeth Villanueva <br />successfully completed her first year with the department, serving in the position of Community Service <br />Officer. <br /> <br />ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT BUDGET <br />Total budget for the year 2020, including revenues from our contract city was, $3,463,212. <br />ST. ANTHONY POLICE FLEET <br />• 6 – Marked Squads <br />• 1 – Marked Reserve Unit <br />• 1 – Marked CSO Unit <br />• 5 – Passenger vehicles assigned to the Chief, Captain, Detective and special detail. <br /> <br />• Total 14 Units <br /> <br />
