CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-029 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br />FOR THE 2021 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Skycroft Drive from 32"d Avenue to 33d Avenue <br />• Croft Drive from 321 Avenue to 331 Avenue <br />• 33`d Avenue Storm Sewer Improvements <br />Mill and Overlay <br />• 3131 Avenue from Rankin Road to Old Highway 8 <br />• Croft Drive from Ranking Road to 3151 Avenue <br />• 29' Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to Kenzie Terrace <br />Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvements <br />• Foss Road Lift Station Pumps <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvements of $2,383,000. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 27' day of April <br />2021, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as <br />possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvements as required by law. <br />3.
