<br /> <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Date: April 13, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br />Elections Services Agreement with Ramsey County Elections for 2021 through 2026 <br /> <br /> <br />OVERVIEW: <br /> <br />In front of you this evening is an agreement between Ramsey County, St. Anthony-New Brighton <br />School District and the City of St. Anthony for Elections Services in 2021 -2026. Staff recommends <br />approval. <br /> <br />We currently contract with Ramsey County for election services and wish to continue. Attached is a <br />draft agreement for contracting election services for the entire City through Ramsey County. <br /> <br />In order to be consistent amongst all the contracted cities, Ramsey County will now handle all in <br />person absentee voting. Ramsey County will provide in person absentee voting locations for St. <br />Anthony voters. <br /> <br />The significant change the residents will experience is, in-person absentee voting will no longer occur <br />at City Hall. Voters will still have the same options for voting, including: voting absentee by mail, <br />voting in person absentee at a Ramsey County early voting center, and voting on election day at their <br />St. Anthony voting precinct. <br /> <br /> <br />Below are prices for 2021 through 2022: <br /> <br />City share – $57,960.00 <br />School district share – $3,845.33 <br /> <br />101
