CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-042 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE 2021 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 23rd day of March 2021, fixed a date <br />for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Skycroft Drive from 32nd Avenue to 331 Avenue <br />• Croft Drive from 321 Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br />• 33d Avenue Storm Sewer Improvements <br />Mill and Overlay <br />31st Avenue from Rankin Road to Old Highway 8 <br />• Croft Drive from Ranking Road to 311` Avenue <br />• 29' Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to Kenzie Terrace <br />Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvements <br />• Foss Road Lift Station Pumps <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was <br />given and the hearing was held thereon on the 27' day of April 2021, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution. <br />Adopted this 27th day of April, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
