CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-046 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2021-02 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance concerning <br />accessory buildings requirements, definitions and uses; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2021-02. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2021-02 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2021-02 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 152 as it relates to accessory buildings requirements, definitions and <br />uses. <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2021-02 on April 27, 2021, amending multiple <br />sections of Chapter 152 related to accessory buildings. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />• Amended definitions <br />• Amended accessory buildings uses <br />• Amended accessory buildings requirements <br />• Addition of chart for accessory buildings districts and uses <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 27th day of April, 2021. <br />ATTEST: n /)4 <br />Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
