ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 21-049 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE <br />2022 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement: <br /> <br /> Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Rankin Road from 33rd Avenue NE to 31st Avenue NE <br /> <br />Mill and Overlay <br />• Crestview Drive from 29th Avenue NE to 31st Avenue NE <br />• Armour Terrace from Silver Lake Road to Crestview Drive <br />• Bell Lane from Armour Terrace to Crestview Drive <br />• East Gate Road from Crestview Drive to Rankin Road <br />• Coolidge Street Alley from Murray Avenue to 29th Avenue NE <br />• Murray Avenue / St. Anthony Boulevard Alley from Wilson Street to Coolidge <br />Street <br />• 29th Avenue NE / St. Anthony Boulevard Alley bounded by 29th Avenue NE, <br />Roosevelt Street, St. Anthony Boulevard, and Stinson Boulevard. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />The proposed improvement be referred to WSB for study and that they are instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of May, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />Reviewed for administration: ______________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />25
