CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-052 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE USE OF THE UPPER PARKING LOT AT CENTRAL <br />PARK FOR THE JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION ON JUNE 19, 2021 <br />WHEREAS, Kelly Ibekwe has submitted a special event permit to use city property to host her <br />Juneteenth celebration on June 19, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be acceptable. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />the request from Kelly Ibekwe to host a Juneteenth celebration on June 19, 2021 from 10 AM to 10 <br />PM at the upper parking lot of Central Park. <br />Adopted this 25th day of May, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicol Miller, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
