CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-053 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />WITH WSB ENGINEERING <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Saint Anthony Village has an established relationship with WSB <br />Engineering for contracted engineering needs; and <br />through evaluating the upcoming needs of the City and Public Works Department, <br />all parties agree this retainer services contract agreement will strengthen the <br />delivery of services internally and externally. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the professional service agreement with WSB Engineering. <br />Adopted this 8th day of June, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nic le Liner, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Randy Stille, <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
