2020 Annual Report • Finance Department • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />PAYROLL <br />With ADP as the City’s payroll service provider the City is able to provide payroll services for <br />other entities as it allowed for transitional options for those entities. Additionally, it negated the <br />tax filing risks connected to outside organizations. It also provides access to expertise and <br />guidance in areas such as tax law changes, regulatory compliance. Utilization of ADP allows <br />employees to engage in the management of their benefits. <br /> <br />GRANTS ADMINISTRA TIO N <br />During 2020, City Staff continued to pursue Federal, State, and Local grants to provide additional <br />funding support for City projects, capital equipment needs and special operating initiatives. <br />These awards total value was $835,178 in 2020. Since 1998 the cumulative value of these awards <br />has grown to reach $33,604,358 by 12/31/20.
