CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-059 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE USE OF THE UPPER PARKING LOT AT CENTRAL <br />PARK FOR A SPECIAL EVENT ON DULY 24, 2021 <br />WHEREAS, Kelly Ibekwe has submitted a special event permit to use city property to host The <br />Black -Owned Business Bazaar on July 24, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff previously reviewed and recommended approval of a special event permit <br />for a June 19, 2021 event that was cancelled by the organizer; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a modified special event permit for the July 24, 2021 <br />event. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />the request from Kelly Ibekwe to host The Black -Owned Business Bazaar on July 24, 2021 from 10 <br />AM to 10 PM at the upper parking lot of Central Park. <br />Adopted this 13th day of July, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
