CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-058 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2022 DEBT LEVY AND THE PHASE II <br />DEBT LEVY PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has annually reviewed the debt levy requirements and long-range debt levy <br />program and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council discussed key financial issues, future infrastructure improvement, and debt <br />levy amounts and funding scenarios for said improvements, at the Council's work session <br />on March 9th work session and at the Council's regular meeting on July 13th, 2021 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1) The proposed 2022 Debt Levy amount shall be set at $2,487,181 <br />2) The Phase II Debt Levy program is approved and features a plan for street Improvements <br />Projects occurring two out of every three years and transitioning decreasing Debt Levy to <br />Infrastructure Levy, which will yield the benefits of a reduced debt burden and the increased <br />ability to fund improvement costs as incurred thus saving interest costs <br />Adopted this 13th day of July, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />11 <br />y +96-v <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />rlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
