CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-057 <br />RESOLUTION TO RESCIND PERIODS OF LOCAL EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor declared that a situation constituted a local emergency on March 19, <br />2020; <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council approved Resolutions 20-030, 20-048, 20-053 <br />extending the period of local emergency continuing until such time the State of Minnesota <br />peacetime state emergency declaration is rescinded; <br />WHEREAS, on July 1, 2021 the State of Minnesota ended the Peacetime state emergency; <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that all previous local emergencies declared are now <br />rescinded. <br />Adopted this 13th day of July 13, 2021. <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
