CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-060 <br />AUTHORIZING AND AFFIRMING STAFF'S APPLICATION TO RECEIVE AMERICAN <br />RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDING TO NON -ENTITLEMENT UNITS OF LOCAL <br />GOVERNMENTS <br />WHEREAS, The City is eligible to receive funds through the American Rescue Plan Act. <br />WHEREAS, An application is required to be submitted to the Minnesota Management and Budget <br />to receive the funds. <br />WHEREAS, The application process requires both an authorized representative contact and <br />primary contact person. <br />WHEREAS, Charlie Yunker, City Manager being the appropriate staff member for the position of <br />authorized representative, with Ka Vue, Assistant to the Finance Director being the primary contact <br />person. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Charlie Yunker and Ka Vue are authorized to act in the <br />roles described in the submission of the City of Saint Anthony Village's application to receive <br />American Rescue Plan Act Funding to non- entitlement units of local governments <br />Adopted this 27th day of July, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />C ty Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie unker, City Manager <br />
