CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-062 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2021-03 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance concerning <br />accessory buildings requirements, definitions and uses; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2021-03. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2021-03 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2021-03 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 152 as it relates to R-4 Multiple family zoning district. <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2021-03 on August 10, 2021, amending <br />multiple sections of Chapter 152 related to R-4 Multiple Family Zoning District. <br />The intent of this modification is to create a zoning district for multiple family development that is consistent <br />with the Comprehensive Plan in terns of density, allows for more contemporary building size and scope, and <br />identifies a series of baseline performance standards and expectations for any new such development. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 1 Os' day of August. 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />ity Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
