<br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br />August 17, 2021, 7:00 p.m. <br />City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Saint Anthony Village Planning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing to solicit public response to a request for a Preliminary Plan stage Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) including the following locations: <br /> <br />2654 Kenzie Terrace (former Bowling Alley Site): <br />The 2654 Kenzie Terrace parcel is approximately 0.90 acres and is currently owned by St. Anthony <br />Village. Interstate Development is proposing to purchase the property from St. Anthony Village for the <br />development of a new 5,825 square foot Bremer Bank branch office. Construction is expected to <br />commence in the Fall of 2021, with the branch opening for business in July of 2022. <br /> <br />2401 Lowry Ave NE (current Bremer Bank Site): <br />The 2401 Kenzie Terrace parcel is approximately 1.89 acres and is currently owned and occupied by <br />Bremer Bank. Interstate Development is proposing to purchase the property from Bremer Bank for the <br />development of a 76-unit, general market residential multi-family project with three stories and <br />underground parking. Construction on this site is expected to commence upon the opening of the new <br />Bremer branch at 2654 Kenzie, in approximately July of 2022 with rental units coming online in the <br />Spring of 2023. <br /> <br />2534 Kenzie Terrace (Bremer Bank-owned Vacant Site): <br />The 2534 Kenzie Terrace parcel is approximately 0.32 acres, is currently owned by Bremer Bank, and <br />is a vacant land parcel. Interstate Development is proposing to purchase the property from Bremer Bank <br />and is also proposing to sell the same parcel to St. Anthony Village. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission agenda and packet item relating to this application will be made available <br />prior to the meeting online at www.savmn.com. <br /> <br />Ways to Comment: <br />Online <br />Those persons having an interest are encouraged to attend via Zoom.
