The previous commercial building is shown on aerial photos <br />from 2000 but the building is no longer present on the property in an aerial photo from 2002. Aerial <br />imagery also suggests that some grading activities took place on the site in the mid 2000s. Photograph 2 <br />below depicts the site prior to the demolition of the commercial building. <br />
