CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-075 <br />A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON RANKIN ROAD <br />FOR THE 2022 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village has planned improvements to Rankin Road, State Aid <br />Route No. 161-113-001, between 33' Avenue NE and 3151 Avenue NE; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village has ordered the project for the 2022 Street and Utility <br />Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village will be expending Municipal State Aid System funds on <br />improvements to Rankin Road; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street; <br />and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must <br />therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />The City of St. Anthony Village shall prohibit the parking of motor vehicles along Rankin Road on the <br />west side from 331 Avenue NE to 31" Avenue NE. <br />Adopted this 121 day of October, 2021. <br />ATTES <br />ler <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yorker, City Manager <br />S-IIG IMee-1130111101110PIRew ..21475d— <br />
