CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-079 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2021-04 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance concerning <br />amending the zoning ordinance by establishing the Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay District; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2021-04. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2021-04 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2021-04 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 152 as it relates to establishing the Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay <br />District. <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2021-04 on October 26, 2021, amending <br />Chapter 152 related to establishing the Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay District. <br />The intent of this modification is to establish to Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay District to provide for the <br />development of certain real estate subject to the Overlay District for commercial and high -density residential <br />land uses and rezoning certain parcels.
