Letter of Explanation. <br /> <br />Attn: Stephen Grittman <br />St. Anthony City Planner <br />Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc. <br />4150 Olson Memorial Hwy, #320 <br />Golden Valley, MN 55421 <br /> <br />Dear Stephen and to Whom it May Concern. <br />I felt I needed to explain and apologize for my error in judgement and not following the city of <br />St Anthony's requirements. <br /> <br />My wife and I bought our forever home on Crestview Drive in Sept of 2013. Shortly after that time we <br />remodeled the interior of the home and more recently a window replacement project while pulling all <br />the necessary required permits. I personally had a job at that time that allowed me to perform and coor- <br />dinate these projects for our very dated home. <br /> <br />A few years later I started a new job driving truck over the road which kept me away from our home all <br />week. At that time, I became a weekend warrior with the outdoor projects that I wanted to complete. <br />With an extreme schedule that took me away from home, left me doing these projects outside without <br />having much time to pull the required permits or variances. By no means is this an excuse. I just wanted <br />to share the “why” and that it wasn't because I didn't care or did it with malice or to try and save some <br />money. I just got carried away in my quest to accomplish these projects on the weekends. <br />For this, I truly apologize. <br /> <br />I have now applied for the appropriate permits and variances outlined in your letter to us Stephen. <br /> <br />We love Saint Anthony and we love our neighbors. :) <br />Attached you will find letters from the neighbors that I think would be directly effected by the Driveway/ <br />Patio and Shed. <br /> <br />Thank you,
