CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-085 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br />FOR THE WATER TOWER NO. 1 REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the <br />above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and <br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Contractor Total Base Bid <br />Classic Protective Coatings, Inc. $449,625.00 <br />Osseo Construction Co., LLC $559,650.00 <br />TMI Coatings, Inc. $946,500.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Classic Protective Coatings, Inc. of Menomonie, WI is the lowest <br />responsible bidder, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Classic Protective Coatings, Inc. in the amount of $449,625.00 in the <br />name of the City of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in <br />the above -referenced project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
