CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-101 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2021-05 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning Sewer, Water, Storm Water charges, and establishment of fees; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2021-05. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2021-05 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2021-05 <br />An Ordinance Amending Multiple Sections of Chapter 33 for Sewer Charges, Water Charges, Storm <br />Water Charges, License and Permit Fees, Storm Water Facilities, and Chapter 52 Water Reading and <br />Billing; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2021-05 on December 14, 2021, amending <br />multiple sections of Chapter 33 Fees, Rates, and Charges and Chapter 52 Water Reading and Billing. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />Amended Sewer Rates <br />Amended Water Rates <br />Amended Storm Water Charges <br />Amended Fees for Building and Electrical Permits <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2021. <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br /> Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST: _________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: _________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />186
