CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-089 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING REDPATH AND COMPANY AS THE <br />CITY AUDITOR FOR AUDITING YEARS 2021, 2022 AND 2023 AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SUCH ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, in 2018, the City of St. Anthony entered into a three-year engagement contract <br />with Redpath and Company, LTD for auditing services which was valid through <br />December 31, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, Redpath and Company, LTD has proposed a three-year engagement period <br />with an increase in cost of 2.5% or $1,400 for 2021, 3.5% or $2,000 for 2022; and <br />3.4% or $2,000 for 2023. <br />WHEREAS, The engagement contract received from Redpath and Company, LTD for 2021, <br />2022 and 2023 reflects the adjustment in costs noted above. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves Redpath <br />and Company, LTD to perform the services and role of the City Auditor for calendar years 2021, <br />2022 and 2023 and Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Such Contract. <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2021. <br />____________________________________ <br />Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: ____________________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />46
