CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-092 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING STORMWATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE <br />AGREEMENT AND RESTRICTIVE COVENANT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE, <br />LLC dba URBAN GROVE AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS,The Village LLC, dba Urban Grove, owner of fee title or a substantial <br />beneficial interest in certain real property commonly described as 2501 <br />Lowry Ave NE in the City of St. Anthony, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />and legally described in Exhibit A of the Maintenance Agreement, <br />WHEREAS, Urban Grove shall be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the <br />Drainage Swale at minimum, on an annual basis and provide the St. <br />Anthony City Engineer a letter by September 1 each year stating that <br />inspection and maintenance have been completed <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village hereby approves the Stormwater Facilities Maintenance Agreement and <br />Restrictive Covenant. <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2021. <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration:______________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />80
