CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-095 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SERVICE <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE POLICE RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village agrees to partner with CentralSquare <br />Technologies LLC; in providing software, hardware and services for police <br />records management; <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement between CentralSquare <br />Technologies and the City of St. Anthony for police records management on <br />behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the agreement between CentralSquare Technologies LLC and the City <br />of St. Anthony Village and authorizes the City Manager to execute that contract. <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2021 <br />/AJO-1- <br />Randy JtilV,ayor <br />ATTESTL"i� <br />City' Clerk`s <br />Charlie unker, City Manager <br />Review for Administration: <br />
