8 <br /> <br />RUBBISH. The miscellaneous waste materials resulting from housekeeping, mercantile <br />enterprises, trades, manufacturing, offices including garbage, refuse and trash. <br /> <br />TRASH. Non-recyclable material that is designated for landfill or incinerator disposal by <br />the Hauler. The term does not include hazardous waste as defined in Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 116.06, Subdivision 11, or construction debris as defined in Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 115A. 03, Subdivision 7. <br /> <br />YARD WASTE. Yard waste means grass, grass clippings, bushes, shrubs, tree branches <br />less than four (4) inches in diameter, and clippings from bushes and shrubs that come <br />from residential, commercial/retail, institutional, or industrial sources as part of maintaining <br />yards or other private or public lands. Yard waste does not include (i) construction, <br />renovation, and demolition wastes or (ii) clean wood. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 5. Section 150.088 (Building, Housing and Construction - Rental Dwelling <br />Definitions) is hereby amended to add the following definitions: <br /> <br />RUBBISH. Section 150.088(C) (Building, Housing and Construction - Responsibilities of <br />Occupant or Renter) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(C) Disposal of garbage, rubbish and recyclables. Every occupant of a rental dwelling shall <br />store and dispose of all his or her rubbish, garbage and waste in a clean, sanitary and safe <br />manner. All rubbish, garbage, and waste must shall be collected by a hauler who is licensed <br />by the city as required by Section 111.215 through 111.219 of this Code. The storage of <br />refuse rubbish and recyclable collection containers may shall not be kept in the front yard <br />setback without approved screening or fencing. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 7. Section 150.090 (Building, Housing and Construction - Refuse and Recyclables) <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />150.090 REFUSE RUBBISH AND RECYCLABLES. <br /> <br />150.090 REFUSE AND RECYCLABLES.
