19.Recitals; Exhibits. The recitals hereof are incorporated into this Agreement by this <br />reference, including the definitions set forth therein. All exhibits referred to herein and attached to this <br />Agreement upon execution are incorporated in and form a part of this Agreement as if fully set forth <br />herein. <br />20.Severability. If any portion, section, subsection, sentence, clause, paragraph, or phrase of <br />this Agreement is for any reason held invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portions of this Agreement. <br />21.Counterparts.
