Exhibit D <br />Form of Certificate of Completion <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AGREEMENT <br />THIS CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION (“Certificate”) is made effective as of <br />___________________, 20__ (the “Effective Date”) by the City of Saint Anthony, Minnesota, a <br />Minnesota statutory city under the laws of the State of Minnesota (“City”), for the purposes of confirming <br />that the construction obligations of Developer contained in that certain Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement dated _______________, 2022, filed __________________, 2022, with the Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota Recorder as Document No. ________________ (the “PUD Agreement”) affecting the real <br />property legally described on Exhibit A (the “Property”) have been performed by Developer.
