ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 23, 2021 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Jenson, Randle, Walker, and Webster. <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Executive Director Charlie Yunker <br />I. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 23, 2021 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the <br />November 23, 2021 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of October 26, 2021 <br />Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS — NONE. <br />IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. — NONE. <br />V. STAFF REPORTS. <br />A. Salo Maintenance Agreement <br />City Manager Yunker reviewed Staff has been working with the property owners of the storm <br />water ponds, Doran SLV III, LLC and SVAP III Silver Lake Village LLC that serve the Silver <br />Lake Village Area which has been known for many years as Salo Park, to come to an agreement <br />to allow the City to handle the maintenance of the area around these ponds. <br />The intent of the Salo Park area from its inceptions was to be an amenity for the retail area, and <br />the City as a whole. As a result, the expectations of the residents is for the area to be maintained <br />at the same level as any other City park. However, given the change in ownership over the years, <br />the maintenance of the area has suffered, and City Staff is often put in position to address issues <br />
