2022 Strategic Plan • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion Topics | 12 <br />DISCUSSION TOPICS <br />The Council asked staff to present or gather resources for discussion on specific topics that had <br />arisen in the months leading-up to the Goal Setting session. Four specific topics were discussed as <br />areas of focus: <br />• Discussion on Single Family Home Code Limitations <br />• Plan for Stinson Property <br />• Organized Collection – Next contract priorities <br />• Grand Rounds Planning with Minneapolis Park Board <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br />The aim of the discussions were to provide a complete picture of each of the areas discussed, and <br />allow the Council to provide broad strategic direction. All four areas will continue to have <br />significant staff focus and will come before the City Council again as activities continue. <br />
