CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENTERPRISE SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH POLCO FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM AND <br />CONDUCTING THE SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE COMMUNITY SURVEY <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village agrees to partner with Policy Confluence, Inc. <br />(Polco); in providing the services related to community engagement and <br />conducting a community survey for the City of St. Anthony; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement between Confluence, <br />Inc. and the City of St. Anthony for services for services on behalf of the City <br />of St. Anthony. <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of St. Anthony hereby agrees to enter into and sign an <br />agreement with Polco for community engagement platform and to carry out the community <br />survey specified therein and to comply with all of the terms, conditions, and matching <br />provisions of the Polco agreement and authorizes and directs the City Manager to sign the <br />agreement on its behalf. <br />Adopted this 22nd day February, 2022. <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
