Page 32 <br />24.SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS <br />Contractor binds itself jointly and severally, its successors, executors, administrators and assigns to <br />the City in respect to all covenants of this Contract. If any part or provision of this Contract shall <br />be held invalid, the remainder of this Contract shall remain in effect. <br />27.WHOLE CONTRACT <br />This Contract, with Exhibits, embodies the entire Contract between the parties including all prior <br />understandings and agreements and may not be modified except in writing signed by all the parties.
