If found to be acceptable as written, or acceptable with modifications, the <br />changes will be provided in a formal amendment format. <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL CITY CODE REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Code Section Proposed Text Changes Comments <br />33.044 Delinquent account balances greater than <br />$50.00 and at least two quarters past due <br />will be certified to the taxpayer of record for <br />the real property, including rental property of <br />any type by November 30th of each year, or <br />earlier date as may be required by the <br />applicable County. Accounts significantly <br />exceeding either of these criteria’s are <br />considered at-risk and are subject to early <br />certification or water shut-off at the City’s <br />directions. <br />Adding language to account <br />for alternative dates required <br />by the County, if needed. <br />70.40 (B) Commercial vehicles in excess of <br />10,000 pounds or intended to seat 12 or <br />more passengers shall not be parked in a <br />residential district and advertised for sale. <br />Adds language that allows <br />such sales by those in <br />residential areas who are <br />owners of vehicles that may
