Meeting Minutes of November 23, 2021. <br />B.25 Resolution 22-01 – Designating Randy Stille as Chair for the Saint Anthony Village <br />26 Housing and Redevelopment Authority for 2022. <br />C.27 Resolution 22-02 – Designating Bernard Walker as Vice Chair for the Saint Anthony <br />28 Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority for 2022. <br />D.29 Resolution 22-03 – Designating Wendy Webster as Secretary/Treasurer for the Saint <br />30 Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority for 2022. <br />E.31 Resolution 22-04 – Designating Commissioners for the Saint Anthony Village Housing <br />32 and Redevelopment Authority for 2022. <br />33 <br />34 Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve the Consent <br />35 Agenda as presented. <br />36 <br />37 Motion carried 5-0. <br />38 <br />39 III.PUBLIC HEARINGS – NONE. <br />40 <br />IV.41 GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />42 <br />A.43 Resolution 22-05 – Approving the Land Swap Agreement Between Interstate <br />44 Development Corp. Lowry Multifamily LLC., Lowry Retail LLC, Bremer Bank and The <br />45 Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony. <br />46 <br />47 Executive Director Yunker reviewed this was previously approved by the City Council. The <br />48 name of the entity changed to Lowry Multifamily LLC. <br />49
