similar services, and which facility may be <br />dominated by office space. <br /> (5) Commercial offices providing space for <br />primarily administrative business functions and <br />related activities. <br />This use is also allowed in the <br />industrial district, but is <br />commonly found in commercial <br />districts as well. <br /> (6) Hospitality uses, including eating and <br />drinking establishments, hotels/motels, <br />entertainment venues, indoor commercial <br />recreation, and similar uses. Such uses that <br />are on parcels where any portion is less than <br />250 feet from property zoned R-1 or R-2, <br />and/or which include any drive-through <br />ordering and pick-up lane, shall require a <br />Conditional Use Permit in accordance with the <br />requirements in this Chapter.
