<br />§ 152.142 PERMITTED CONDITIONAL USES. The following
<br />uses are permitted allowed in an LI District only
<br />by a conditional use permit issued by the City
<br />Council:

<br />confusion with the prior
<br />category of use.
<br /> (A) Drug, cosmetic,
<br />pharmaceutical,
<br />and toiletries

<br />the potential for emissions or sanitary
<br />wastewater treatment impacts.
<br />Change the labelling to
<br />generalize the activity.
