ORDINANCE 22-03 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HENNEPIN AND RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. ANTHONY CITY CODE, BY AMENDING <br />SECTIONS RELATED TO SWIMMING POOLS, REFUSE HANDLING, SIGNS, <br />NATURAL LANDSCAPES, PARKING, ACCESSORY USES, AND ADMINISTRATIVE <br />PROCEDURES <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HEREBY ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section §33.044 is hereby amended to read as follows: Delinquent account <br />balances greater than $50.00 and at least two quarters past due will be certified to <br />the taxpayer of record for the real property, including rental property of any type <br />by November 30th of each year, or such earlier date as may be required by the <br />applicable County. Accounts significantly exceeding either of these criteria’s are <br />considered at-risk and are subject to early certification or water shut-off at the <br />City’s directions. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section §70.40 (B) is hereby amended to read as follows: (B) Commercial <br />vehicles in excess of 10,000 pounds or intended to seat 12 or more passengers <br />shall not be parked in a residential district and advertised for sale. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section §94.32 WEED CONTROL is hereby amended to read as follows: Any <br />weeds or grasses, whether noxious as defined by law or not, growing outside the <br />traveled portion of any city street or alley, or growing on private property, <br />exceeding the height of to a greater height than 6 inches or which have gone or <br />are about to go to seed must be cut or removed by the owner of the abutting <br />property if within the city right-of-way, and by the owner of the property upon <br />which they are growing if they are outside the right-of-way. <br /> <br />Section 4. Section §96.03 is hereby amended to read as follows: PAVEMENT. Any type <br />of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or <br />otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel. <br /> <br />Section 5. Section §97.10 (A)(2) ADDRESS NUMBERS is hereby amened to read as <br />follows: Each numeral may be no less than 4 inches (102 mm) in height and no <br />less than ¾ inches in stroke width. Buildings more than 70 feet from the street <br />shall have numerals no less than 5 inches in height. <br /> <br />Section 6. Section §97.10 (B)(2) ADDRESS NUMBERS is hereby amened to read as <br />follows: Each numeral may be no less than 4 inches (102 mm) in height and no <br />less than ¾ inches in stroke width.
