CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-039 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br />FOR THE 2022 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the <br />above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and <br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Contractor Total Bid <br />1 McNamara Contracting <br />$2,123,247.60 <br />2 Northwest Asphalt <br />$2,134,080.17 <br />3 Meyer Contracting <br />$2,214,538.80 <br />4 Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. <br />$2,282,137.00 <br />5 Park Construction Company <br />$2,525,056.00 <br />6 T.A. Schifsky & Sons, hic. <br />$2,650,126.01 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that McNamara Contracting, Inc. of Rosemount, MN is the lowest responsible <br />bidder, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with McNamara Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $2,123,247.60 in the <br />name of the City of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in <br />the above -referenced project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
