ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-039 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE 2022 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 221 day of March 2022, fixed a date <br />for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Rankin Road from 33rd Avenue NE to 3111 Avenue NE <br />Mill and Overlay <br />• Crestview Drive from 3151 Avenue NE to 29a' Avenue NE <br />• Armour Terrace from Silver Lake Road to Crestview <br />• Bell Lane from Armour Terrace to Crestview Drive <br />• East Gate Road from Crestview Drive to Rankin Road <br />• Coolidge Street Alley from Murray Avenue to 29th Avenue NE <br />• Murray Avenue/St. Anthony Boulevard Alley from Wilson Street to Coolidge Street <br />• 29th Avenue NE/St. Anthony Boulevard Alley bounded by 29th Avenue NE <br />• Roosevelt Street Alley bounded by St. Anthony Boulevard and Stinson Boulevard <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was <br />given and the hearing was held thereon on the 26' day of April 2022, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution. <br />Adopted this 26th day of April, 2022. <br />ATTEST: /� <br />City CFerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Ch unker, City Manager <br />
