CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-041 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2022-02 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance amending <br />deleting the L-I, Light Industrial Zoning District and replacing it in its entirety; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2022-02. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2022-02 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2022-02 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 150 Housing Maintenance and Occupancy; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2022-02 on April 26, 2022. <br />This ordinance includes amending, deleting and replacing it in its entirety Sections 152.140-152.144 of the City <br />Code pertaining to L-I, Light Industrial. <br />The regulations have been reworked to broaden the categories of allowed uses, dealing more directly with the <br />nature of the use, rather than the specific business.
