CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-044 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH MNSPECT, LLC TO PROVIDE BUILDING <br />INSPECTION SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village had a joint powers agreement with the City of New <br />Brighton Inspection Services for building inspection services; and <br />WHEREAS, staff was approached by the City of New Brighton requesting to exit said agreement on or <br />about May 1, 2022 ; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff sought proposals for building inspection services; and <br />WHEREAS, MNSPECT, LLC has familiarity with the city and has quoted a lower cost; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement for Building Inspection Services with <br />MNSPECT, LLC. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village <br />hereby approves an Agreement for Building Inspection Services with the MNSPECT, LLC. <br />Adopted this 26th day of April, 2022. <br />ATTESTqit <br />Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Randy S , #Mar <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
