NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council's <br />approval of the requested variance is contingent on the following: <br />1. The Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits and approvals prior to <br />beginning construction. <br />2. This variance shall expire one (1) year from the date of the resolution if <br />the construction of the partial second story and front stoop does not <br />commence.
