I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 MAY 10, 2022 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. <br />16 Absent: None <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Charlie Yunker, Finance Director Shelly Rueckert, and City Planner <br />18 Stephen Grittman. <br />19 Guests: Stacie Kvilvang (Ehlers & Associates). <br />20 <br />21 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />22 ITEMS. <br />23 <br />24 I. APPROVAL OF MAY 10, 2022 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />25 <br />26 Mayor Stille requested to add an item to the agenda, Presentation by Student Government <br />27 Representatives. <br />28 <br />29 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />30 Council Meeting Agenda of May 10, 2022. <br />31 <br />32 Motion carried 5-0. <br />33 <br />34 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS <br />35 <br />36 Bella, student, stated that they were able to learn a lot about the Saint Anthony government <br />37 today, which was enjoyable. <br />38 <br />39 Sophie, Senior at Saint Anthony High School, stated that she a great time learning about the City <br />40 government today. She enjoyed learning more about what goes on in different buildings and <br />41 about planning. She also enjoyed the mock City Council meeting. <br />42 <br />43 Mayor Stille commented that staff and the Council enjoy that experience, noting it is nice to be <br />44 able to explain things done in the City. He was glad to hear the students enjoyed that experience. <br />45 <br />46 I1I. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />47 <br />48 A. Approve April 26, 2022, Council meeting minutes. <br />49 B.
