The trails have good connections to <br />the adjacent neighborhoods to the north and northeast as well as the parking lots, City Hall, High School / <br />Middle School. The parking lot does not meet current ADA. Turf areas are well maintained throughout the <br />park. <br />It should be noted that the adjacent sites contain: <br />• Baseball Fields (2) <br />• High School Stadium with Field and Track <br />• Football/Soccer Fields <br />Park Needs & Recommendations <br />1. Short Term <br />o Provide accessible picnic tables and benches. <br />o Accessible parking <br />2. Long Term <br />o Relocate/additional accessible parking near City Hall/Community Center. <br />o Add Pickleball Courts <br />o Replace Play Structure <br />o Trail Replacement <br />o Accessible sidewalk/trail connection to the Water Tower Park.
