ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-053 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR THE HARDING POND STORMWATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS,WSB & Associates, Inc. has conducted a bathometric survey and analysis of sediment of <br />the existing Harding Pond originally constructed in 2001. <br />WHEREAS,the analysis recommends removal of accumulated sediment within the basin to restore <br />water quality and flood storage capacity to its originally constructed condition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1)WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement, and they shall <br />prepare plans, specifications, and bid documents for the improvement. <br />2)WSB & Associates, Inc. shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Finance <br />and Commerce, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvements under such <br />approved plans and specifications. The Advertisement shall be published for two times, shall specify <br />the work to be done, shall state a date when bids will be opened, and bids will be considered by the <br />City Council. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid will be <br />given an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility.
