0 <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 22-08 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF 2534 KENZIE TERRACE AS <br />PER THE LAND SWAP AGREEMENT APPROVED ON APRIL 26, 2022 <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony approved a land swap agreement to acquire the parcel <br />located at 2534 Kenzie Terrace; and <br />WHEREAS, the City conducted a Phase II Environmental Assessment on the said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received the results of the Phase II Environmental Assessment and <br />staff recommends the city move forward with the acquisition of 2534 Kenzie Terrace; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Board of Commissioners of the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Anthony Village the follows: <br />Approve the acquisition of the .32 acre parcel owned by Bremer Bank located at <br />the intersection of 2534 Kenzie Terrace. <br />Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the <br />City of Saint Anthony Village on this 14th day of June, 2022. <br /> <br />Randy Stille, Chair <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br /> Charlie Yunker, Executive Director
