<br /> <br />NONMAJOR SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS <br /> <br />The City’s Special Revenue Funds are used to account for the proceeds of <br />specific revenue sources that are legally restricted to expenditures for <br />specified purposes. The City of St. Anthony, Minnesota had the following <br />Special Revenue Funds during the year: <br /> <br />Community Center Fund (601) is used to account for the operation and <br />maintenance of City Hall and Community Services. <br /> <br />Police Forfeiture Fund (230) is used to account for revenue and expenditures <br />related to the forfeiture of property. <br /> <br />Recycling Fund (225) is used to account for the City’s recycling program. It <br />incorporates the activities of both Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. <br /> <br />HRA Fund (301) was established to oversee the commercial and residential <br />redevelopment activities in the community. <br /> <br />Fire Education / Training Fund (240) was established to account for revenues <br />and expenditures related to training provided to police and fire personnel. <br /> <br /> <br />113
