CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-056 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION OF A TELECOMMUNICATIONS <br />FACILITY ON THE CITY’S WATER TANK LOCATED AT 3109 - 33RD AVENUE <br />WHEREAS DISH Wireless, LLC desires to install a high-speed wireless internet <br />facility on the City’s Water Tank located at 3109 – 33rd Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS the mutually agreed upon lease terms for the water tank located at 3109 – <br />33rd Avenue,St. Anthony, MN 55418 are as follows: <br />Initial lease term:(5) five years <br />Renewal term:(4) four, (5) year automatic renewal terms <br />Rent:$2,700 per month <br />Annual rent Escalator:(2.5%) two and one-half percent <br />WHEREAS this is contingent upon the City Attorney and City Engineer approving the <br />final plans and specifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of St. Anthony Village hereby <br />approves installation of a high-speed wireless internet facility at the site of the City’s water tank <br />located at 3109 - 33rd Avenue, St. Anthony, MN 55418, under the terms as stated above, which <br />were mutually agreed upon by the City of St. Anthony and DISH Wireless, LLC. <br />Adopted this 28th day of June, 2022. <br />______________________________________ <br />Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _____________________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />95
