CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-054 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING STEVEN P. CARLSON, ATTORNEY AT LAW AS <br />THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY FOR THE CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />FOR 2022 <br />WHEREAS attorney Steven P. Carlson has been the City Prosecutor for the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village since 1995; and <br />WHEREAS Steven P. Carlson has most recently been a partner in the law firm of Hedback & <br />Carlson, PLLC; and <br />WHEREAS the law firm of Hedback & Carlson, PLLC will be dissolving effective July 1, <br />2022; and <br />WHEREAS attorney Steven P. Carlson will continue to practice law with an office located at <br />2812 Anthony Lane South, Suite 200, St. Anthony Village, MN 55418; and <br />WHEREAS it is the desire of both attorney Steven P. Carlson and the City of St. Anthony <br />Village that he continue to serve as City Prosecutor following the dissolution of the law firm of <br />Hedback & Carlson, PLLC. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1, 2022 attorney Steven P. <br />Carlson shall continue to serve as City Prosecutor for the City of Saint Anthony Village pursuant <br />to the same terms and conditions as the current contract with the City following the following the <br />dissolution of the law firm of Hedback & Carlson, PLLC. <br />i <br />I" <br />awvaa. yr ava �auuuauou auvaa. <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
