CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-055 <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE RELEASE OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR <br />SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the current organized collection contract for Solid Waste and Recycling services expires <br />April 1, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined to proceed with a single hauler for Solid Waste and Recycling <br />services for the City of St. Anthony; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has prepared the Request for Proposals (RFP) and Contract for release on July 1, 2022. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />The Council approves the release of the Request for Proposals for a single hauler solid waste and <br />recycling collection services. <br />Adopted this 28' day of June, 2022. <br />ATTEST: <br />Cit Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Char ee Yunker, City Manager <br />
