7/6/2022 <br />3 <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />2022 Street Improvements <br />Future Street Improvements Map  <br />DEBT LEVY PLANNING <br />Peak to Plateau program 2014‐2022 (Phase one)  <br />•In 2014 a debt levy reduction program (Peak to Plateau) began in order to stabilize the annual <br />increase in levies. <br />•This program has also served to lower annual levy impact of street reconstruction by $3,166,000 over <br />the last 9 years. <br />•This phase of debt levy plan will be completed this year. <br />21
